Staff were incredibly nice, room was compact with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Its location in Goole was particularly good and cosy, so close to a restaurant, and goole for a night out.

We were so impressed with friendly service that can't wait to come back.

The units are well-appointed, compact with comfortable bed. The property's location is lovely, not far from the footpath that runs along the river from Goole to Blacktoft RSPB reserve, the bar/restaurant in the evening 

Beautifully maintained and budget units with years worth of dust, shampoo plus comfortable bed. Plenty of fab food at breakfast time. All in all peaceful and stunning location, not far from the river from Goole
